mmmm...steak.....
My fellow Boston gal Libby blogged today about steak! 'nuf said!
Big Boy Seasoning Salt goes great with steak and burgers. I figured if Libby was going to get everyone hungry for a big piece of meat why not fill them in on the little secret from Detroit!
My hubby makes the BEST steaks. He takes them out of the fridge, rubs them down on both sides with mcCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning (found in most grocery stores), sprinkles them with a little wortershire (sp?) sauce and leaves them sit out for about 30 minutes to get to room temperature. When takes them off the grill he covers them in foil for about 5 minutes to let them "rest" and they are better than any steak you could get at a restaurant. Whenever we order steak out we're disappointed. Yummy!

Nice! Can this seasoning be found around these parts?
I don't think so. Music Guys mom brings it back when she visits Mo-Town!
