small head...small ears....

Mrs P. over at PreppyChic blogged about Thin Headbands last week and after playing around with the headbands I have at home I've discovered I have a small head.

With that comes small ears...for the life of me I can not keep the iPod earpieces in my ear. Not even when I'm sitting still. I had to put this rubber ear thingys on them and that is the ONLY way they would stay. So now they are broken and I'm due for another pair.

Next comes what to monogram on my towels for our second bathroom. They have them on sale at Pottery Barn, a set of three for $11.99. The picture shows them monogrammed with "guest" I kind of like that idea but am trying to be a tad more clever.

We were going to go to the Cape this weekend to get away but something came up and we're city bound. This weekend is key to find something fun to do. The winter is starting to take a toll on me. I'm sick of it...freaking sick of it.

Anywho, after work I'm heading to Beacon Hill to meet up with Music Guy's sister and our friend Kate. Hopefully get our nails done and hang out on this sunny cold afternoon.

I got the book Bitter is the new Black in the mail today, i am SUPER excited to start reading it!

Oh and are Crystal Light on the go packs not one of the best things going?

Have a great weekend ya'll!

Seriously, I can't keep those iPod earpieces in either! It drives me nusto! I had to get some Body Glove ones that have a rubber piece on them too. I don't think it's because we have small ears, I think that iPod doesn't know what they are doing. Cause I KNOW I have perfect ears. :)

I have no idea how old your iPod is, but we got my mom a nano for Christmas and the headphones that came with it were smaller than the headphones my (2 1/2 year old) iPod came with. Now I steal my mom's headphones for the gym because mine never stay in my ears while running!

Haha, I thought I was the only one who couldn't wear those earpieces, so I had to get the big old school headphones that are super awesome at the gym.

I have a really big head, but I think my ears are average. I have trouble with breaking headbands and not finding hats that fit because it is so large.

Ok, i never comment but had to speak up...do not get your towels monogrammed by pottery barn. by all means register for them but take them somewhere else to be monogrammmed. we registered for them monogrammed from PB and they all came monogrammed upside down!! it doesn't really sound possible but trust me, it is. they were good about taking them back but it was a hassle i didn't need. they also do not carry bath sheets (which my husband prefers) so we recently got some of those at restoration hardware. EXCELLENT quality. my monogram lady said they were the best quality towels she had ever embroidered.

I also have a tiny head. The headphones don't stay in and forget the headbands- they don't stay either! I totally agree with the on the go's. I have trouble drinking just water, but with a little cyrstal light I can drink the whole thing (of course it might defeat the purpose of the water in the first place- but it tastes much better!)

Those Crystal Light on-the-go packs are really cool, but I'm not crazy about them because I think they make me hungrier than just drinking plain water. I do like the Lipton (I think) flavored green tea on-the-go packs (raspberry and mango are my favorites).

Ohh I will have to try the tea, you know I saw it the other day at the store and thought it looked like something I might enjoy!!
